I love a design, but want to include more photos and change the
wording. Is that possible?
Definitely! Most of our cards can be edited and
customized to fit your needs. In most cases, we can add or remove photos,
change the wording, change the text or background colors, etc. We
will work with you to make sure the end result is exactly what
you're looking for!

What is the minimum order quantity?
25 cards of each design.

What is a sample proof?
A sample proof is a low resolution digital image of your card. Once you
send us your photo(s) and information, we put together a "sample proof" for
you to view. Once you approve your proof, we send your order to the
printers.

How will I know if my photo is of a high enough resolution to
print clearly? What resolution should they be?
Please send your photos in the largest file size that you can. The
larger the file size, the better the quality. If you are taking them
with a digital camera, use the highest setting. The higher the
megapixel the better. Scanned photos need to be 300-600 dpi. If your
photos are a lower print quality, we will let you know.

I don't have a digital file to email you, nor do I have access to
a scanner. Can I mail you the photo I want to use?
You can definitely mail us the photo. We will scan it in for you and
return it to you with your order.

Should I crop or edit a photo before I send it to you?
There is no need for you to crop or edit your photos before sending
them to us. In order for us to get the best quality, we need to
start off with the original unedited photo. We also ask that you do
not resize the photo either, just send it in .jpg format in the
highest resolution possible for the best results.

Can you edit my photos in terms of removing pimples, redeye,
etc.? Is there an extra cost?
Yes, we can take care of all imperfections. We crop your pictures,
remove red eye and turn color pictures into black and white or sepia
at no extra charge.

How are announcements/invitations printed?
All of our photocards are printed at a professional lab on
high-quality professional photo paper.

Can I print them myself?
Yes, you can purchase the design and print them yourself. We charge
a $19.99 design fee and email the final approved card to you as a
high quality JPEG file. You can print as many or as few as you like,
anywhere you like. You will find this option under "Place An
Order". We do not provide any paper or envelopes if you choose to
print them yourself.
