When you receive your sample
proof, please take the time to proofread the entire card carefully.
Make sure that you double check all spelling, personal information
and photo placement to make sure everything is perfect and to your
liking. Once you approve the sample proof, your order will be
sent to the printers and no other changes can be made.

Unfortunately because you are in
charge of approving the sample proof, we do not reprint
free-of-charge for typographical errors. We will, however, reprint
your order at a discounted price if an error is caught after they
have been sent to the printers or if you need to change any of the
information on the card after they have been printed (change in
party date/location, etc).

Please understand that every
monitor screen is calibrated differently, so the colors on your
actual card may be slightly different than what you see on your
screen (slightly lighter/darker, etc).

We ask that you choose only ONE
design when placing an order. If however, after seeing your photos
in that design, you would like to see a sample proof of your photos
in another design, we can do that for you free of charge one time.
There will be an additional wait of 1-2 business days for us to put
another sample proof together for you. Please note that if after
seeing your photos in the second proof, you want to see them in yet
another design, there will be a $10.00 design fee. I will invoice you
and when I receive payment then I will email the new proof. That fee
is non-refundable regardless of the photo design you ultimately
choose.

Our printing and shipping
turnaround time is clearly listed on our order form. Please order
your cards within plenty of time for arrival before you big event.
Please note that there will be delays in printing and shipping
during the holiday season. If you need them quickly please order our rush
service and/or express shipping options.

By ordering photocards from us,
you acknowledge that you own the copyright to the images in your
order or that you have obtained the written permission of the
copyright owner.
